Find your creative comfort

Creative activities can help you to stay calm, whether that is colouring in, drawing, making podcasts, reading or looking at art. What you use to relax is personal to you, it’s important to create your comfort zone.

Where to start

Think about how creativity helps you to relax. If you enjoy reading, what about trying writing? If you enjoy watching television, would you enjoy learning how to work behind the camera?

Ensure you are making time for this – even if you feel like you have too much to do, taking time out to relax and be creative can help you destress, which supports so many other areas of our lives.

Do not be afraid of trying something new! Change up the way you express your creativity.
